Commercial Grease Traps

Grease traps are commonly found in a restaurant's drainage system. Grease traps separate food stuff, grease and other items that would normally cause a line to back up. When grease traps become full however, grease and debris can enter the sewer lines causing clogs.

At Just Drains, we suggest that a restaurant's grease traps are thoroughly cleaned when they are either 1/4 full or every 9 months to avoid clogs.
