Perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments. Perform Minor to non-complex service work on plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments. Requirements include:

• Excellent people skills
• Mechanically inclined
• Self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license

Marketing Coordinator

Looking for a motivated marketing applicant who is looking for a career in marketing with plenty of room for advancement. We are seeking a team player who have an intuitive nature and the ability to assess marketing trends. Marketing applicants will work closely with Just Drains management team to devise and implement marketing strategies and campaigns as well as tracking results throughout and at end of campaigns.

Marketing applicant should have the following education & experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• College level business or marketing (not necessary but a plus)
• At least one year in marketing or sales (not necessary but a plus)
• Prior employment working with the general public
• Sales experience definitely to your advantage
• Experience in advertising a plus
• Business administration degree a plus

Customer Service Representative

Receives all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner and determines purpose of each call. Ensure all required information is obtained for each service request Prioritizes and coordinates the scheduling of service calls to meet customer requirements and coordinates delays in the schedule with customers and service technicians. Reschedules service calls when required and uses Customer Development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, mail and personal customer contacts.
